LiFePO4 battery for golf carts


Choose between 60 or 135 ampere hours (Ah). Yibai lithium batteries provide constant power throughout 60 or 135 amp hours. LiFePO4 batteries have a flat voltage curve, indicating a consistent power output as the battery empties. Unlike similarly sized SLA batteries, the power output will not diminish significantly. You finish all of the juice.

VOLTAGE: 38.2V (three 12.8V batteries should be linked in series). This kit is suited for 36volt applications. (Lithium 12V batteries may be used in series, up to 48V max.)

In suggested settings, up to 80% capacity may be achieved after 5,000 cycles. The standard SLA has 500 cycles. YIBAI Lithium batteries are so long-lasting that the cost per usage is a fraction of regular batteries.

Operating Temperature

Ideal for rough and demanding settings. Much better than SLA or other lithium compounds. -20’F minimum, +120’F maximum ideal discharging temperatures (the battery functions well at -20’F). Charging from 32’F to 120’F. (Charge above freezing.)

The Yibai Lithium 36V 80Ah golf cart battery has a constant discharge rate of 100 A, a pulse rate of 650 A for 10 seconds, and a capacity of 1,000 CCA. The smooth discharge voltage curve gives 75% more capacity than a similar SLA battery. The 36V 135Ah battery is suggested for carts with controllers rated at more than 200 amps. If you’re not sure how many amps your golf cart motor consumes, get the 36V 135Ah or add a 100 Amp fuse if using the 36V 60Ah.


The 18-25 mile 60Ah battery is compatible with motor controllers rated up to 400A and can take up to 650 amps of inrush current. The motor controller may draw a maximum of 400 Amps from the 60 mile 135Ah battery. If you’re not sure how many amps your golf cart’s engine needs, we suggest the 50-mile 135Ah battery pack. It is compatible with almost any golf cart motor on the market.

Charge up to 50 A with a suggested voltage of 14 V and a maximum of 15 V. A free 36v/8 amp LiFePO4 charger is supplied. A SLA charger may work, but it reduces battery performance and longevity.


It contains a circuit that handles cell balancing, low voltage cutoff, high voltage cutoff, short circuit protection, and high temperature protection for improved performance and longevity. A LiFePO4 battery charger is necessary to restart the battery after a BMS shutdown.


Excellent performance and usage down to -20°F. Charging below freezing is not advised. The YIBAI lithium batteries include a cold temperature charging protection cut-off.

Internal heating for winter use

The 12V/135Ah battery set has internal heating for charging when the temperature drops below 0C/32F. An excellent pick for winter warriors.

Q: Twice the power?

Q: Are Lithium Batteries safe?

A: Yibai Lithium batteries are completely safe and dependable. Our signature chemistry, Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4), contains no rare earth elements (such as cobalt) or heavy metals, is non-toxic (including no lead or acid), non-corrosive, does not emit any gases, requires no watering or maintenance, can be placed in any orientation, and, unlike other lithium batteries, will not explode or catch fire. Furthermore, each Yibai Lithium battery is protected from overheating, overcharging, and short circuiting by a battery management system (BMS) microchip, which also extends battery life and is housed in a rugged, waterproof case. Q: How does one charge a lithium battery?

A: Yibai Lithium batteries work best when charged with a lithium-compatible charger. Lead acid or SLA chargers, on-board chargers for AGM batteries, and other non-lithium chargers will charge a Yibai Lithium battery to around 70-80% capacity. This is because Yibai Lithium’s iron phosphate (LiFePO4) technology charges and discharges at a greater voltage than ordinary batteries. Q: Will the cold temperature impact my battery?

A: Your Yibai Lithium battery will generally drain between -20 and 120 degrees Fahrenheit (-29 and 49 degrees Celsius). Yibai batteries are extensively used by ice fishermen for their flashers and ice augers, therefore they are quite durable and regularly used in cold areas. However, in very freezing temperatures, it is advised that the batteries be insulated. We also don’t advocate charging our batteries in temps below freezing. If you intend to regularly charge your battery below freezing temperatures, we recommend the 12V 135Ah battery, which has an internal heating element and is ideal for use in cars, trucks, RVs, off-grid solar, and any application where the battery will be charged on a regular basis in extremely cold environments.


Q: Can I use this to start my vehicle or boat engine?

A: Our batteries provide 1000 cca of engine starting power while maintaining Yibai Lithium batteries’ outstanding deep cycle characteristics. This means you may use them to start a boat, vehicle, or truck engine. Our regular deep cycle batteries do not have cold cranking capability and cannot be utilized as a starting battery.


Q: What kind of battery do I need for my RV or camper van?

A: The 100Ah battery is the industry standard house battery size for most RVs, campers, and #VanLife projects. This is a drop-in replacement for AGM and most lead acid batteries. If you’re charging from your engine’s alternator, we suggest a Victron DC-DC smart charger. If charging with solar panels, we suggest using a Victron Smart Solar charge controller, or if you already have one, choose the lithium option.
