The NOVA-HT Series tenon mount shoebox light is designed to replace up to 1500 watts conventional HID shoeboxes with significant savings on energy and maintenance costs while producing excellent photometric performance. Combining form and function in a rugged, soft square die cast aluminum housing, the NOVA-HT series luminaire provides an aesthetically pleasing addition to area lighting solutions. The luminaire features an integral heat sink with a multitude of vented cooling fins integrated strategically to provide effective and efficient air ventilation and heat dissipation. The modular configuration of the NOVA-HT Series LED shoebox lights allows power serialization to accommodate different lighting requirements, offering design flexibility and application versatility that is perfect for open settings such as building exteriors, street sides and parking lots.

The scalable lighting system provides a complete offer from 20W to 1920W with multiple optics choices including Type II, Type III and Type IV light distributions. The patented thermal management design and precision engineered optical system combined with high quality components from top-tier brands (Lumileds LUXEON 3030 LEDs, Inventronics drivers) deliver an exclusive combination of high system efficacy (up to 170 lm/W), excellent illuminance uniformity and lifelong color consistency. NOVA-HT Series LED luminaires feature flexible lighting controllability via 1-10V, PWM, Dali and Zigbee dimming. The built-in occupancy sensor provides multi-level control based on motion. The photocell module can be integrated to measure the ambient light level for daylight harvesting.

FEATURES

  • Housing: rugged and light-weight aluminium alloy functioning as platformfor light bars and driver compartment, and lighting control interfaces (e.g.Zhaga sensor ready connector, NEMA receptacle).
  • Mounting bracket: powder coated aluminium alloy.
  • Light bars: extrusion aluminium heatsink, aluminium PCB with 18 LEDsmounted, UV resistant polycarbonate 18-in-1 optic lens cluster, microterminal block on PCB and connector for tool-less wiring. IP67 and IK10 rated.
  • Hardware: 304 grade stainless steel nuts.

Optics

  • UV resistant polycarbonate optic lens cluster comes with dedicated optical cavities for the array of 18 individual LEDs.
  • Optic lenses for symmetric and asymmetric light distributions are specifically designed for efficiency and uniformity to meet almost all lighting needs.
  • Diversified CCTs, CRIs, and wavelength are at option.

Electrical

  • LED driver is enclosed in an aluminium driver compartment , designed tomanage thermals for longevity.
  • 220-240V, 90-305V AC, 120-277V AC, or 347-480V AC, 50/60Hz operation.
  • Withstand 10kV of transient line surge. 20kV surge protection is optional.
  • Suitable for operation in -40°C to 50°C (-40°F to +122°F) Ta.
  • Class II protection class is available upon request.

Finish

  • Housing is finished in world-class polyester powder coating to withstand challenging environments, 100 μm nominal thickness for superior protection against fade and wear, cracking or peeling.
  • Optional standard colors includewhite, grey, black, bronze, other colors available upon request.
  • RAL and colormatches.
