Monofacial solar panel
Monofacial monocrystalline PERC PV modules capture and produce electricity from the front side of the PV module. Monofacial PV modules have white or black opaque backsheet while Bifacial PV modules capture light and turn into electricity both from front and rear side of the PV module and they come with double glass or glass with transparent back.
Glass and junction box, with high voltage grade, supports 1500V systems.
Framed module, front/back side maximum static loading 5400/2400 Pa, makes it suitable for tracker mounts
Smart Module Packaging and Logistics
Smart module packaging solutions are used to achieve high reliability, low-cost transportation and logistics.
Bifacial Energy Yield
Additional power generation from the backside of bifacial modules increases the overall energy yield, which has been verified by customers and third-party testing organizations.
Our nine-busbar design improves current collection capability.
Anti-LID, anti-PID, 1st year degradation ≤2%, linear degradation ≤0.45%/year
Our standard module is fully compatible with mainstream inverters and trackers, with no system matching issues.
Gallium-doped technology overcomes LID degradation and guarantees the long-term power generation of the module.

The Future of Energy Is Here
A monofacial solar panel is a type of solar panel that is designed to generate electricity from sunlight using a single layer of photovoltaic cells. Monofacial solar panels are typically mounted on a rooftop or other flat surface and are oriented to face the sun. They are typically made of silicon or other semiconductor materials and are designed to convert sunlight into direct current (DC) electricity. Monofacial solar panels are commonly used in residential, commercial, and industrial solar power systems. They are relatively simple to install and maintain, and can be easily connected to an inverter to convert the DC electricity into alternating current (AC) electricity, which is the type of electricity that is used in most homes and businesses.
- YIBAI solar redefined the high-efficiency module series by integrating 210mm silicon wafers with multi-busbar and half-cut cell technologies. The maximum module efficiency of the new half-cell series is 21.57%, and the maximum power output is 670W.
- The multi-busbar improves the power generation performance of the cells, and the half-cell technology reduces losses caused by ribbon resistance, thereby improving the overall efficiency of the new series module by more than 5%. In addition, cutting cells in half also reduces the impact of micro-cracks and hot spot effects, allowing for dual performance and reliability improvements.
- Affected by a significant increase in product power, the application of the new series in large commercial and utility power stations can significantly reduce LCOE, BoS, EPC, and land costs. Projects over 1MW can save at least 5% CAPEX per watt by using new series modules instead of standard modules.

What are Yboptotech's module products and what applications are they suited for?
YBOPTOTECH has 3 series of solar module products: YB-S3,YB-S4,YB-S5. and each series contains bifacial and monofacial module. YB-S3 and 54-cell type YB-S4 is mainly used on industrial, commercial and residential roofs. Both bifacial and monofaical of YB-S5 with 72-cell is mainly for large ground-mount power plants.
What type of module is better for my application, monofacial or bifacial?
Bifacial modules are slightly more expensive than monofacial modules, but can generate more power under the right conditions. When the rear side of the module is not blocked, the light received by the rear side of the bifacial module can significantly improve energy yield. In addition, the glass-glass encapsulation structure of the bifacial module has better resistance to environmental erosion by water vapor, salt-air fog, etc. Monofacial modules are more suitable for installations in mountainous regions and distributed generation rooftop applications.
What are other advantages of YBOPTOTECH bifacial modules?
YBOPTOTECH took the lead in working with domestic and foreign institutions and customers to carry out empirical testing of bifacial modules for PV power plants, systematically studying the power generation mechanisms of bifacial modules. YBOPTOTECH also leads the industry in bifacial module shipments, surpassing 20 GW+, while providing customers with reference data and technical support.
How does YBOPTOTECH guarantee module supply?
YBOPTOTECH has the largest module production capacity in the industry, with more than 65 GW in its integrated capacity network fully guaranteeing the supply of modules. In addition, the production network facilitates the global distribution of modules with the help of land transportation, railway transportation and sea transportation.
How does YBOPTOTECH ensure module product quality?
YBOPTOTECH launched Life-cycle Standards to guarantee the whole life-cycel quality.YBOPTOTECH’s Integrated capacity layout can guarantee the traceability of each module, and our highly automated production lines feature end-to-end inspection and analysis processes to ensure that each module meets the highest quality standards. We select module materials according to the highest standards, with the requirement that all new materials be subject to extended qualification and reliability tests before being incorporated into our products. Third-party labs like RETC and PVEL have ranked our modules among the highest quality products on the market.
